Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The learned counsel for the applicant has pointed out that in the connected matter i.e. in Civil Application No. 6883/2019 in FAST No. 25601/2012 vide order dated 19th June 2019, this Court has allowed the applicant therein to withdraw 70% of the compensation amount deposited in this Court.

Following the same, the applicant herein is permitted to withdraw 70% of the amount deposited in this Court, subject to removal of office objections and filing of usual undertaking in this Court to the satisfaction of the Registrar Judicial of this Court. The balance 30% amount shall be invested in fixed deposit in any nationalized bank till final hearing of the appeal. Civil Application filed for withdrawal of amount is allowed and disposed of.
