Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. 2.

The submission of learned Counsel for the applicants is that on the ground of non removal of office objection the registration of the petition is refused. The learned counsel then submits that the respondents have committed an act of non compliance of the order of this Court, as such rejection of the petition on technical ground would put the petitioners/applicants to prejudice.

Accepting the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicants and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The petition is restored to its original file.

The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that if time is granted by this Court, the office objection would be removed expeditiously. The application is allowed subject to removal of office objection within one week from today.
