After hearing learned Advocate for the applicant for some time, when this Court expressed its disinclination to grant any relief in favour of the applicant, learned Advocate for the applicant, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the application.

We had made inquiry with the learned APP as to why the chargesheet is not yet filed when the FIR was filed on 07.06.2023. Upon instructions from the Investigating Officer, learned APP submits that he would file the charge-sheet within a period of one month. We take the said statement as undertaking.
