The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that as per order dated 3rd April, 2024 passed by this Court in Criminal Appeal No. 278 of 2024, the learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial of Special Case No.03/2021 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the order but no trial has been concluded within stipulated period. Subsequently, this Court, on 20.01.2025 extended the time by one month to conclude the trial. Therefore, the matter is likely to be decided finally on or before 20.02.2024. Under the circumstances, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant prays for passing suitable order.

Since, the entire trial likely to be concluded on or before 20.02.2025, hence, the present Criminal Application No. 3969 of 2024 is disposed off.
