CORAM: RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.

DATE :- 12th January, 2018 Per Court:

The learned Advocate for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that two Demand Drafts for an amount of Rs.6 lac each dated 10.01.2018 and 11.01.2018, are being deposited with this Court today itself. It is clarified that though this Court has mentioned in the order dated 20.12.2017 that the said Respondents would be receiving Rs.12.50 lac, the amount that is supposed to be deposited is little less than Rs.12 lac. These Respondents are depositing the round figure of Rs.12 lac in this Court. Considering the above, office shall accept the said two Demand Drafts, if filed on or before 18.01.2018. Shri Kulkarni, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, graciously

*2* 923cp547o17 submits that as he has himself perused the two Demand Drafts which are being filed in this Court by Respondent Nos.1 and 2, the Petitioner is not interested in pursuing the Contempt Petition against Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and the same may be disposed of.

Considering the above, this Contempt Petition is disposed off. kps (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
