At the out set it is submitted by the learned senior advocate for the petitioner that the Additional Sessions Judge, Kandhar was pleased to reject the revision and order dated 3107-2022 passed by the learned JMFC, Loha in OMCA No.131/2018 by the impugned judgment and order dated 0609-2022 in Criminal Revision Application No.20/2021. 2.

The learned senior advocate for the petitioner submits that now the FIR is already lodged and he has instruction to withdraw this petition as he need to file petition
