In the face of adequate alternate efficacious remedy provided under section 15 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition. 2.

Writ petition, as such, stands disposed of leaving it open for the petitioner to have recourse to appropriate remedy as may be available in law.

3.

While the petitioner prefers to have recourse to such remedy, the period consumed in prosecuting present writ petition may be given appropriate treatment.
