The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 24.08.2023 of derecognition of the Typewriting Institute which was duly recognized and 1/2
928.wp.11132.23.odt functioning under the provision of Maharashtra State of Commerce Education (Typing, Shorthand and Diploma Courses) Recognition and Conduct Rules, (amended) 2023, whereby, resorting to clause 6.4 of the Rules the approval has been cancelled. In the earlier rules as well as rules amended in the year 2023 there is a provision of appeal. 3.
Considering the nature of the dispute, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail of the alternate statutory remedy.
