In case the application is filed by the petitioners seeking rental compensation is pending with Respondent No.3 then Respondent No.3 shall take decision upon it on its own merits in accordance with law after hearing all parties concerned expeditiously, preferably within eight

(8) months. The parties may appear before the Respondent No.3 on 10.1.2018.
