The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the undertaking filed by the petitioner is not the same like filed by Shri M.S. Mahajan. He submits that the petitioner will file fresh undertaking by withdrawing the earlier undertaking. He further submits that the said undertaking will be filed like the undertaking filed by Mr. M.S.

Mahajan. In response to this statement of the learned counsel appearing for the

9672.16WP petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 2 and 3, on instructions, submits that keeping in view the undertaking which will be filed by the petitioner, the said Respondents will take appropriate decision like taken in case of Mr. M.S. Mahajan within four weeks.
