Mr.Kshirsagar, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Respondent - Management has forwarded the proposal to the Education Officer (Primary) seeking approval to the appointments of the Petitioners. However, for almost two years, no decision is taken by the Respondent - Education Officer. According to the learned counsel, the Petitioners are appointed by following due procedure of law and as against the vacant posts.

Mr.Dharurkar, learned counsel for the Respondent - Management affirms the fact that the proposals seeking approval to the appointments of the Petitioners are already forwarded.

The learned counsel for the Education Officer submits that in case those proposals are pending, the same would be decided in accordance with law.

In light of the above, we pass the following order: I.

The Respondent - Education Officer shall decide the proposal (Exhibit - 'F') in all the matters, in accordance with law, as per its policy, expeditiously, preferably within four months.

II.

Accordingly, all the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
