The petitioner is seeking benefit of recommendation of Lad Page Committee and appointment in place of his father, who was serving as Safai Kamgar with the respondent No. 2/Municipal Council.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent No. 2/Municipal Council to consider the petitioner's application Exhibit - F dated 04 October 2021 on its own merits as early as possible and in any event within a period of six (06) weeks from today.
