Heard learned advocates for the parties.

Learned advocate for applicant - insurer states that deposit of the amount could not be made pursuant to order dated 19th September, 2017 within stipulated period on account of various reasons. However, the amount is now ready and cheque has also been issued. In the circumstances, requests for extension of time to deposit the amount under order dated 19th September, 2017.

Learned advocate for the respondents has no objection for

{2} ca11743-17 extension of time for making deposit of the amount. 4.

In view of the same, period for making deposit pursuant to order dated 19th September, 2017 is extended up to 28th March, 2018. Office to accept the payment, if deposited by 28th March, 2018.
