By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or directions in the like nature, respondent No.3/Chief Executive Officer may kindly be directed to consider and decide claims/representations of the petitioners annexed at Exh.C in the light of circular dated 28.06.2018 issued by respondent No.1, for changing the postings of the petitioners by opening the posts of compulsory vacancies. C. The learned Advocate representing respondent Nos. 3 and 4 submits on instructions that the representations put forth by the petitioners would be decided by the respondents within four weeks. 3.

In view of the above, the petitioners are satisfied. 4.
