The learned AGP submits that this matter pertains to the 'no confidence motion' having been passed against the petitioner Up-Sarpanch. He was elected as a member of the Village Panchayat, Badnapur in October, 2010 and later on became the Up-Sarpanch in the first meeting in November, 2010. He suffered a 'no confidence motion' on 12/06/2014. Therefore, the learned AGP submits that the term of the petitioner, even as a member of the Village Panchayat, has
