PER COURT :- This is an application for recalling of the order passed by the Registrar refusing registration of the petition on account of failure of the applicant to remove office objections.

Heard.

For the reasons recorded in the application, application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed. The order passed by the Registrar, refusing registration of the petition is recalled and the petition is restored to its original position. The petitioner shall remove office objections within six weeks from today. In the event of his failure, the order passed in the instant Civil Application shall be deemed to have been recalled. Delay, if any caused, stands condoned.

Civil application is disposed of.
