Present Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking direction to decide the representation, which is pending in the office of the Special Land Acquisition Officer, dated 7th May 2023. 2.

Learned AGP appearing for the respondents, upon instructions, submits that the application is in respect of incorporating names of some of the petitioners in the acquisition proceedings and for disbursement of compensation as per share agreed by the parties, therefore, the application may be required

We take the said statement as an undertaking and dispose of the Writ Petition by directing respondent No.3 - the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Jalgaon to decide the application filed by the petitioners dated 7th May 2023, within a period of THREE MONTHS, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.
