This is an application for condonation of 143 days delay caused for filing Civil Revision Application.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned A.G.P. for respondents No. 1 and 2. None present for respondent No. 3.

The reasons stated in the application are that the applicant is residing at Bombay. He was not knowing about the order passed by the Reference Court. When he came to know about passing of the order some time was required to make the arrangement of the funds and thereafter he applied for the certified copies and immediately approached the advocate for filing the 1/2

928.odt revision application. In that process delay of 143 days has been caused.

From the contents of the application it appears that, the delay caused for filing appeal is reasonably and properly explained, therefore, it needs to be condoned. Accordingly it is condoned.

Civil Application is disposed of.
