Mr. Patil, the learned counsel for petitioners states that, the petitioners have filed an application U/O 21 Rule 97 of the Code of Civil Procedure along with an application for injunction. The said application is rejected on 21st September, 2016 and the petitioners are intending to file the appeal against the said order today.

The learned counsel submits that, as the appeal is being filed, on instructions he seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition. The writ petition as such is disposed of as withdrawn. No costs.
