Heard learned Counsel appearing for the applicant.

By way of present application, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant, prays for early hearing of the petition by fixing date. He submits that the petitioner is before this Court for validation of his caste claim and during pendency of the petition, the caste claim of nearest relation of the petitioner is validated. 3.
In view of submission of learned Counsel appearing for the applicant, prayer for fixing the date for early hearing of the petition is allowed. 4.
Fix the petition for final hearing disposal in the week commencing from 19th November, 2018.
