It is a case of contract killing. It is not disputed that the trial has already been commenced. The trial is allotted to the Fast Track Court. The learned A.P.P informed the Court that matter was sensitive and therefore, there may be hurdle of media trial. In view of the facts and situation of the case, the Court is of the view that in the interest of all, fast track Court may be requested to expedite the trial by conducting the trial day to day, instead of dealing with bail applications.

With above direction, both the applications stand disposed of.

If there would be no material progress in the trial within six months, the applicants are at liberty to fle bail application, before this Court. .
