This court by order dated 21-06-2024 have recorded statements of both the learned advocates that the parties have settled the dispute in the mediation proceeding. A sealed envelope is opened in the court containing the report of the Mediator. The learned Mediator also prepared terms of settlement. Only certain formalities were to be completed i.e. obtaining succession certificate.

Today, the parties have produced on record the photo copy of succession certificate.

Thus, all the formalities are completed.

The report of mediation and photo copy of succession certificate are taken on record and marked as 'X' colly for the purpose of identification.

The order at Exh.1 passed by the learned CJSD, Ahmedpur in Civil Misc. Application N. 201-2023 is also taken on record.

Thus, this court is satisfied that the matter is settled between the parties. Nothing remains in the writ petition. Therefore, the writ petition stands disposed off. 7.
