Applicant is seeking restoration of his Civil Application Stamp No. 37746 of 2015 which came to be dismissed by Registrar (Judicial) by order dated 08.10.2018. Delay of about 2165 days has occurred in preferring present civil application. Applicant has satisfactorily explained delay in para 3 of the application giving cogent reasons for the delay. 2.

In view of satisfactory explanation assigned by the applicant, order of Registrar (Judicial) dated 08.10.2018 is quashed and set aside.
