PER COURT :- It would be open for the petitioner to approach the District Level Committee constituted under Circular dated 13.2.2015 issued by the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad and to put forth his grievances before the said Committee. If the petitioner tenders representation/application to the District Level Committee, the committee shall, in observance of the procedure prescribed under law, issue appropriate instructions, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six weeks from the receipt of representation/application.

With the directions as above, the writ petition stands disposed of.
