The applicants / appellants in Civil Application No.12605 of 2023 are seeking addition of respondent Nos.7 & 8 as a party respondents in the main appeal since they are subsequent purchasers of the entire suit property.

The learned counsel for respondent Nos.7 & 8 did not raise any strong objection for such addition but claimed that the documents be provided to him so that he can work out the matter.

In view of the same, the Civil Application No.12605 of 2023 stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-B and disposed of. 5.

Necessary amendment be carried out within stipulated period.
