Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. 2.

The applicants had impugned the order of refusing to dismiss the petition on a territorial jurisdiction of Bhusawal Court. He had a case that the victim was not residing with her parents at Bhusawal. However, she was residing at Nagpur. 3.

The findings of the First Appellate Court were specific that the documents placed on record about her residence at Nagpur were not about her residence, but those were the documents showing that she was taking education at Nagpur. The reasons recorded are legally correct and proper. There appears no prima facie error in the impugned orders. Therefore, the applicants have no case and no substantial question of law has been involved in the petition.
