Mr S.N. Morampalle, learned A.G.P. for appellants and Mr A.S. Kulkarni holding for Mr J.N. Singh, learned Advocate for respondents no.1 and 2 (i) are present.

Mr Kulkarni, learned Advocate for respondents invited my attention to the purshis dated 25.3.2021. He pointed out that in view of enhancement of pecuniary jurisdiction of District Court, this appeal needs to be transferred to District Court. He further pointed out that connected appeals are already transferred to District Court and this appeal remained to be transferred. 3.

Mr Morampalle, learned A.G.P. fairly concedes this position in view of Circular No.Rule/3601/2015 dated 1.9.2015 issued by the High Court, Bombay. 4.

Having regard to the submissions of learned Advocate for respondents/plaintiffs and learned A.G.P. for appellants/State, this appeal along with R & P be sent back to the District Court, Ahmednagar for adjudication.
