The learned A.G.P. submits that the Committee, constituted under the Government Resolutions dated 12/05/2015, 30/09/2015, 25/01/2017 and 27/11/2017, would be positively meeting in the month of October 2024, prior to Diwali. 2.

Considering the above, since the Petitioners' proposal is already forwarded by the District Collector, Parbhani, to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Pathari, dated 03/11/2020, we direct that the proposal of the Petitioners shall be considered by the

10586.24wp (2) Committee in the said meeting and a final decision on the proposal shall be taken. Let such decision be communicated to the Petitioners, expeditiously. If the Petitioners are invited for the meeting, they would be at liberty to address the Committee members.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
