During pendency of this writ petition, petitioner died and as such this application has been moved for bringing on record his legal heirs. Application is delayed by three days. 2.

Application is being opposed on the ground that deceased petitioner was the manager. However, title clause of petition shows that the petition has been filed by deceased petitioner in individual capacity.

It is not in dispute that the applicants are legal heirs of deceased petitioner.
