3.

We find from Page No.13, that the surname of the Petitioner in Marathi is written as 'मुंढे' which can be spelt in English as 'Mundhe'. His HSC certificate indicates the spelling in English as 'Mundhe'. His Caste Certificate also carries his surname as 'Mundhe'. His college leaving certificate also indicates his

4.

In view of the above, we find that there is hardly any issue in so far as the spelling of the surname of the Petitioner. If in Marathi his surname is written as 'मुंढे', the same would be spelt in English as 'Mundhe'.

5.

In the light of the above, this Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'. [ARUN R. PEDNEKER, J.] [RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.] marathe
