The Petitioner only prays that the Tahsildar, Waluj should comply with the order of the District Magistrate dated 11.10.2021 passed u/s 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002. 2.

The Law mandates that the action should be completed within 30 days. The Tahsildar has not acted upon the order for almost 23 months.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.3 to ensure compliance of the order of the District Collector dated 11.10.2021, by following the due procedure laid down in Law, within 30 days.

Let the District Magistrate personally monitor the said action.
