2. The application is filed for condonation of delay of 122 days caused in filing the appeal against the decision given by Commissioner, Workmen's Compensation under Workmen Compensation Act. It appears that the respondents have also filed appeal and today the delay caused in filing of this appeal is condoned by this Court.

3. In view of the contents of the present application, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned.
