1. The application is filed for condonation of delay of 178 days caused in filing application to bring the legal heirs of deceased applicant on the record. Other side has objected to it. In view of the submissions made and the contents of the application, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. The application is allowed. The legal heirs of the deceased applicant are allowed to come on the record as the applicants in the revision. Amendment is to be carried out immediately. 2.

List the main matter for final hearing which is admitted. Stand over to 3.9.2015.
