By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking a limited relief that his caste claim pending with the respondent No.2 Caste Scrutiny Committee since 12/11/2024 be decided expeditiously.

Considering the fact that, the claim of the petitioner is pending since November 2024, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondent No.2 Caste Scrutiny Committee to make an endeavour to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within a period of four months from today. With these directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
