Mr. Golegaonkar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has completed M.B.B.S. Course so also has completed the Internship, however, respondent No.4 is not issuing internship completion certificate and degree certificate to the petitioner. Learned AGP submits that as the petitioner has been admitted from reserved category and the claim has been invalidated, the same is rightly not issued. 2.

The petitioner has completed her education. Caste claim of the petitioner is invalidated. 3.

Considering the above, we pass following order: Respondent No.4 shall not withhold University Internship completion certificate and Degree 1/2

06.odt Certificate so also respondent No.5 shall not withhold documents of the petitioner only on the ground that caste claim of the petitioner is invalidated. However, the petitioner shall not claim benefit of reservation in any further studies or in service until the present writ petition is decided. Civil application disposed of.

Place the writ petition for admission on 15.03.2017.
