At the request of the petitioner, leave to amend cause title vis-a-vis respondent No. 2.

The learned Counsel submits that the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending. The vigilance has been conducted. The petitioner has already filed his reply to the vigilance report. However, the proceeding is not decided.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for all the respondents.

In case the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is still pending with the respondent No. 2 Committee, then the respondent No. 2 - Committee shall decide it within a period of two months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 1st October, 2019.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
