1] The present Civil Application is filed to recall the order dated 06.02.2023 passed by the Registrar [Judicial] by condoning the delay of 184 days in filing the present Civil Application.

2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is old aged person and not keeping his good health, therefore, the applicant could not file the present Civil Application within time. Therefore, the learned counsel further submits that the present Civil Application may be allowed by condoning the delay in filing the present Civil Application.

12577.23CA 3] For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Delay is condoned. The order dated 6th February, 2023 passed by the Registrar [Judicial] is quashed and set aside. The Writ Petition is restored to its original position. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.

4] The applicant to remove office objections within three weeks from today.

5] In the event, applicant fails to remove office objections within aforesaid period, the order dated 06.02.2023 passed by the Registrar [Judicial] would stand restored.
