Present Petition has been filed for directing respondent No.3 - the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon, District-Jalgaon to decide the proposal forwarded by the Principal of Gram Vikas Mandal Sanchalit Khajgi Prathmik Vidya Mandir, Pimpalgaon Hare, Taluka-Pachora, District-Jalgaon within stipulated period for the transfer of both the petitioners from a partially aided post to a fully aided post, in accordance with law.

Considering the limited prayer made, we dispose of the Writ Petition by directing respondent No.3 - the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon, District-Jalgaon to decide the said proposal in respect of the petitioners within a period of EIGHT WEEKS from today.
