The application is filed for bringing legal representatives of deceased appellant - Machindra Baburao Jagtap, who admittedly died on 21.02.2023 by condoning the delay of 485 days. Though the application is opposed by the respondents but learned Counsel for applicant submit that, after bringing the legal representatives of present deceased appellant the applicants want to withdraw the appeal by filing pursis. In view of the same, the application stands Pooja Kale 1/2
