The learned advocate for the Petitioner prays that the representation dated 20.9.2022, tendered by the daughter (who is a differently abled person) is pending with the Education Officer (Primary). No decision has been taken for the last 24 months. 2.

In view of above, we direct Respondent No.3 to take a decision on the said representation, on or before 21.10.2024. Thereafter, the further stages, which are required to be cleared for the payment of family pension to the Petitioner, if there is no other legal impediment, shall be initiated, without further delay. 3.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
