Heard learned A.G.P. for the applicant State - Acquiring Body which is seeking condonation of delay of 1886 days in filing the appeals which appears to be caused due to obtaining approvals at various stages. The respondents claimants in all these applications, though served, but remained absent. In view of the same, the delay of 1886 days in all these applications stands condoned.
