The learned counsel for applicants, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the application. However, the request is made to continue the ad-interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 10.09.2025 which has been in operation till today. 2.

The learned counsel for respondents Mr. Salunke strongly opposed the request for continuation of interim relief. 3.

Considering the fact that the original petition is dismissed as withdrawn and this Court has not accepted nor endorsed the compromise terms placed on record. Once the substantive proceedings are withdrawn by the applicants, there

In view of the above, the request for continuation of interim relief is hereby rejected. Consequently, the civil application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
