DATE : 29th November, 2021 P.C.:- Heard learned counsel Shri Chapalgaonkar for the applicants for some time. When this Court expressed its disinclination to grant any relief to the applicants, learned counsel Shri Chapalgaonkar, on instructions, sought permission to withdraw the application. Learned counsel Shri Chapalgaonkar submits that trial may be directed to be expedited and if trial does not get concluded, applicants may be permitted to apply afresh for bail. In this view of the matter, the following order is passed:

ORDER

I) Application is disposed of as withdrawn.

II) Learned trial Court shall conclude the trial within a period of one

( 2 ) 933 ba 1363.21 year. In case trial does not get concluded within a period of one year, applicants are permitted to apply for regular bail, in that eventuality the trial Court shall consider the application on its own merits.
