Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been filed challenging the judgment and order dated 14.07.2023, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Parbhani, in Criminal Revision No. 115 of 2019, as well as the judgment and order dated 04.05.2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 58 of 2017. It is further submitted that during the pendency of the present petition, the petitioner expired on 03.02.2025. A copy of the death certificate dated 28.02.2025, issued by Gram Panchayat, Khartadgaon, is tendered at the Bar, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
