Learned counsel for the applicants submits that even if the contents of F.I.R. are taken as it is, at its face value and in its entirety, no offence is disclosed and F.I.R. may be quashed. 3.
On the other hand, learned A.P.P. appearing for the respondent No.1-State, relying on the contents of F.I.R., submits that the offences are disclosed and need investigation. During investigation, the applicants will have an opportunity to put forth their contentions. He therefore, submits that this application may not be entertained.

We have heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.P.P. for the respondent No.1-State. We have carefully perused the contents of F.I.R. We find that the offences are disclosed and need investigation. Therefore, this is not the stage where this court shall invoke extraordinary jurisdiction under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. and quash and F.I.R. Hence, this application stands rejected. ( V. K.
