The Petitioner has already completed his tenure of three years as a 'Shikshan Sevak' and has been granted an approval for the said post. Now he has been appointed as an 'Assistant Teacher'. Hence, permanent approval as an 'Assistant Teacher' is required and that proposal dated 19/11/2023, is pending with Respondent No.3.

The learned A.G.P. representing the Respondents/State submits that, the proposal would be decided by Respondent No.3 within a time frame, as may be ordered by this Court.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. Respondent No.3 would decide the proposal of the Petitioner on it's own merits within a period of 30 days from today, by keeping in view that Respondent No.4 is a minority institution. All contentions are kept open.
