The learned counsel for the parties submit that they have entered into compromise and this Court directed the parties to remain present before the learned Registrar [Judicial] and Registrar [Judicial] to verify the compromise. The Registrar [Judicial] has verified the compromise and submitted it's report to this Court.

In view of the report submitted by the learned Registrar [Judicial], the present Writ Petitions are disposed of in terms of the compromise.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the compromise, he has handed over the cheque to the respondent no.5 in the Court itself and the learned Advocate appearing for the respondent no.5 confirms the same.

The respondent no.5 is permitted to file Vakalatnama within one week.
