Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The present application is filed for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court, namely, "The applicant shall not enter village Yelnoor, Taluka Nilanga, District Latur, till the conclusion of the trial," as directed by order dated 02/04/2024 in Criminal Bail Application No.261 of 2024. 3.

This Court, after considering the evidence on record and the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the applicant, had granted bail to the applicant subject to the aforesaid stringent condition considering the gravity of offence under Section 302 of IPC.

Accordingly, the prayer for relaxation of the above-mentioned condition stands rejected.
