The learned advocate for the petitioner/ original plaintiff in RCS No.56/2019 submits that the parties had tendered their compromise terms before the Trial Court on 21.02.2019 after the suit was lodged on 21.01.2019. By the impugned order, the Trial Court has passed a single word order on 21.02.2019 as "rejected".

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to tender a fresh purshis containing the compromise terms before the Trial Court and will also ensure that all the parties to the suit are present before the Trial Court for verifying the compromise terms. It is, therefore, requested that the Trial Court be directed to apply it's mind to the compromise terms rather than passing a single word order. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
