Present Petition has been filed for directing respondent No.2, Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Ahilyanagar, to decide the proposals dated 7th April 2025 and 20th May 2025, for the grant of approval to the appointment order of the petitioner as junior clerk.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2. There is no necessity to issue notice to respondent No.3.

Upon instructions from respondent No.2, learned AGP makes a statement that the said proposals would be decided within four weeks.

We dispose of the Writ Petition by directing respondent No.2 to decide those proposals within a period of FOUR WEEKS from today.
